One of the big reasons people don’t go to the gym is because they don’t feel like they have the time. Rather than stay at home late to work out at the company gym, or actually making a separate drive to your local gym outright, people just prefer to go home and spend time with their family after a long day’s work.
But if there was a way to work out at home, with all of the workouts that are typically available at the gym, I’m sure most people would jump at the opportunity to live a healthier lifestyle, all in the comfort of their own home. And that is where Tonal comes in to play!
Tonal is a home fitness system that acts as an entire gym for your home. There are two main levers that can be adjusted to varying heights and angles, and can internally be set for any resistance weight you need. This coupled with a simple bench (to cover exercises that aren’t done standing up) can give you all the exercises you would ever need.
And best of all, the Tonal home fitness system is a smart gym that gives you useful tracking information and monitors your progress with a large screen in the center of the machine. With the high-tech component of Tonal, there is no excuse for not being able to not only do all of the exercises properly with the right form, but also for you not to progress with each new workout.
The system itself is also relatively compact, which makes it easy to find space for in any home. All you need is a wall that the machine can be mounted on, and professionals will the system installed in a day. It’s that simple to get a great fitness system up and running in your home.
Although I haven’t actually purchased the Tonal home fitness system or myself, I have seen all of the videos online and have even went to their headquarters to test it out for myself. And even though it is a bit pricey, I am really leaning towards making the purchase. Especially when you consider how much you could end up paying for gym fees over the course of your lifetime (with many people not even taking full advantage of their gym memberships at one point another in time), it becomes clear that spending big now on the Tonal home fitness system almost certainly will pay off in the long run.
